Healthwatch

The government want Local Involvement Network's like Bradford LINk to continue their good work. They also want these organisations to have new responsibilities. From 2013 LINk's will become local HealthWatch.

Bradford has been given HealthWatch Pathfinder status. This means Bradford Council, NHS Airedale, Bradford and Leeds and Bradford LINk are working together to test how local HealthWatch might work.

We will be able to tell you more about this very soon.

HealthWatch England

The government has launched a consultation to ask people what they think of plans for the new national organisation - HealthWatch England. The consultation is open until Friday 2^nd March 2012. Read more about the plans and have your say by downloading the consultation document here.
